Hi, whatever the criteria you use in short listing candidates is wanting. Am sure I met all the requirements for the Managemen Trainee Last August, 08. But a year later, not even a regret. or is it because I did not canvass for the job or bribe some big name?
some blue chip companies e.g. MUMIAS are on the verge of collapse coz they only hire children of WHO IS WHO in THE 3 KENYA REGIMES, withou considering the COMPETENCIES of individuals.
