Our client is constructing an HFC Network to provide video, broadband internet and VolP telephony services nationwide. This will call for over SOOOkms of fibre/coaxial plant and over 500 base stations countrywide.

We require a Network Project Manager to head this project and a Network Construction Manager to supervise construction.

The Network Project Manager must have an electrical/electronic engineering degree with sound project management experience in the ICT or Telephony sector which includes design, construction and maintenance of HFC/IP distribution networks; experience of managing multicultural workgroups; and demonstrable experience of negotiating with and managing contractors and vendors.

The Network Construction Manager will also be a university graduate with proven experience at supervisory level or above of construction of a HFC or Fibre telephony network; experience with both aerial and underground construction is a major plus! Also required is experience of supervising contractors and subcontractors and the ability to lead and motivate a multi-cultural workforce.
