Winlot joint venture Vacancies

Winlot Kenya Limited is a joint venture between a USD 1.2 Billion Indian MNC & a leading Kenyan business conglomerate that is launching a Lottery in Kenya.

Winlot has put in place an ambitious plan to create a network of 5,000 retail points for selling lottery games within 1 year.

The company is seeking to fill the following positions as it seeks to meet its ambitious targets.

CEO
(Code CE)

A seasoned professional possessing a tertiary education in management, currently working in a similar capacity with more than 15 years of hands-on commercial, new business development, operations and channel management experience in relevant industries such as Lottery, Telecom & FMCG.

Prospective candidate should have outstanding analytical, problem solving,
communications, planning and organizing skills.

Financial Controller
(Code FC)

ACCA, CPA or MBA (Finance) working in a similar capacity with overall experience of 12-15 years with any Telecom/FMCG/Consumer Durable company.

Prospective candidate should have excellent knowledge of General Accounts, Strategic Planning, MIS, Budgeting, Costing, Taxation, Statutory Audit and Internal Controls.

Head of Marketing
(Code HM)

A seasoned marketing professional with a formal tertiary education in marketing having 10-12 years of experience in Channel Sales & Marketing with a thorough understanding of the Kenyan market preferably from a Telecom/FMCG/Consumer Durable background

Channel Sales Manager
(Code CS)

Professional having 8-10 years of experience in Sales & Channel Management with a thorough understanding of the Kenyan market preferably from Telecom/FMCG/Consumer Durable background.

Manager – Media & Ad
(Code MA)

Candidate should have a MBA in marketing with 5-7 years of experience in Product/Brand Management, Media & Advertisement Planning preferably from a Telecom/FMCG/Consumer Durable background.

Sales Executive – Nairobi (Code SN) & Mombasa
(Code SM)

Graduate with 2-3 years of experience in Sales & Channel Management with a
thorough understanding of local market preferably from Telecom/FMCG/Consumer
Durable background.

Account Executive
(Code AE)

Graduate with 5-7 years of experience in handling day to day accounting & Creditors Reconciliation, finalization of Accounts. Prospective candidate should be well acquainted with Tally, Accounting processes, TDS, Taxes (Direct, Indirect), vendor payments.

HR & Admin Executive
(Code HR)

Graduate with 5-7 years of experience in handling day to day HR and Admin functions, HR record maintenance, recruitment & payroll.

Manager – Store & Dispatch
(Code SD)

Graduate with 3-4 Years of Experience in Warehousing, Logistics, Store. Candidate should be able to manage warehouse functioning of Material, Physical Stock Checking, Transport Co-ordination, and Timely Dispatch of material. Candidate should possess
familiarity with Import Documents.
