Personal Assistant

Our client an FMCG company based in Nairobi is looking for a Personal assistant who will be reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate should have basic knowledge in managerial and executive status and will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities
  • Management of their directors' time and scheduling it
  • Diary management
  • Co-ordination of all demands to achieve the maximum effectiveness of the Director’s day.
  • Operating in direct support of their director in the operation of his/her duties.
  • Management of flow of incoming calls through to the director.
  • Screening of clients and visitors to see the director
  • Check emails and replying to them including review of official documentation,
  • Making all ticketing and visa applications for any travels for the seniors.
  • Scheduling reservations and booking travel and meetings
  • From time to time act as proxy for the executive, representing him/her in meetings or official business communications.
  • Filing of all official documents on behalf of the company.
  • Preparation of minutes of all the company meetings as well as dispatch of the same.
  • Ensuring that clients have received satisfactory services, as well as keeping a good relationship with all clients.
Required Qualifications

The candidate must posses the following:
  • Must be at least 27 years and above, posses a minimum of a business related degree or diploma as added advantage,
  • 3 yrs experience in similar position or department and above preferred,
  • Competency in computer application and
  • Excellent communication skills.
