- Ensuring timely implementation of transactions assigned to him/her;
- Creating awareness, publicity and advocacy to galvanize support for the Privatization Programme;
- Creating and maintaining strong relationships and communication linkages with key stakeholders
- Monitoring and evaluating all aspects central to the execution of the transactions assigned to him / her;
- Providing secretarial, logistical and coordination services to all transactions assigned to them;
- Preparing transaction action plans, and the associated budgets;
- Identifying required advisory services; developing TORs for advisory assignments and coordinating the procurement processes.
- Monitoring Privatization transactions;
- Leading assignments to develop specific technical papers/presentations, manuals and training materials as required
Requirements- (Qualifications. Knowledge and experience).

- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related qualifications. Applicants with a masters degree will have an added advantage;
- At least three (3 )year's progressive top level experience in transaction management or related fields;
- Must be visionary and self driven, with outstanding knowledge and experience in planning and implementation of transactions;
- Must have high integrity, outstanding leadership, managerial and organizational skills;
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and team work skills;
- Must be computer literate with good communication and writing skills;
- Should have a clear understanding of the investment and development needs of the Country.
Executive Assistant

The role
Reporting to the Executive Director / CEO, the key responsibilities for this position will include:-

- Providing high levels of administrative support to the Executive Director / CEO;
- Undertaking secretarial services;
- Effective management of office protocol and attending to visitors / clients;
- Handling telephone calls & appointments;
- Ensuring security of office records, equipment and documents including classified materials
- Preparing responses to routine correspondences;
- Planning and scheduling of meetings and appointments for the Executive Director / CEO;
- Managing the budgets for the Executive Director / CEO's office;
- Keeping abreast in everything in the Executive Director / CEO's realms of responsibility and acting as liaison person with the rest of the Commission to ensure flow of information
Requirements- (Qualifications. Knowledge and experience).
- Diploma in secretarial studies or its equivalent
- At least 5 years experience in a similar position in busy organization;
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office applications;
- Ability to work with minimum supervision;
- Must be a team player;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information;
- Must be able to exercise good judgement and decision making; be able top prioritize conflicting needs and have a strong sense of urgency when performing tasks.
- Degree in secretarial studies or its equivalent and training in speech and report writing will be an added advantage;
