Senior Assistant Registrar

Applicants should be holders of a master’s degree in Administration or equivalent from recognized institutions with not less than six (6) years working experience preferably in a university or equivalent institution of higher learning.

However, candidates with a first degree and with non administrative experience in a university with not less than (8) eight years working experience will also be considered.

Successful candidates will be expected to have an all round experience in Personnel/attachment of staff affairs including staff development or have experience in academic matters such as admission and examination process and general administrative duties.

He/she will in addition be called upon to participate in various university/development activities.

Assistant Registrar

Assistant Purchasing Officer

Applicant should have a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution in Purchasing or Supplies, Economics, Commerce or any related discipline and at least 3 years experience in Purchasing and Supplies gained from a large Organization /State corporation / University.

OR K.C.S.E with C+ (plus) and a professional Final Diploma in Purchasing & Supplies Management from a recognized professional body or equivalent qualification with relevant working experience of at least 8 years in relevant field in a state corporation / University or any other large Organization.

Applicant must have good recommendation from previous or current employer. Membership of Procurement and Supplies is a must. Certificate in clearing & forward will be an added advantage too.

Applicant must show ability and initiative to organize and manage both supplies activities and personnel. He/she should be conversant with the Public Procurement and Disposal Act 2005. Knowledge of computer operations and oversees procurement procedures will be a must.

Senior Accountant

Applicants should be mature person of not less than 35 years of age. Applicants should be Holders of a B.com (accounting options) or Bachelor of Business Management and C.P.A part II plus at least 5 years relevant working experience at the level of an accountant in a large reputable organization.

Applicant with C.P.A K with at least 8 years working experience in an institution of higher learning will be considered. Successful applicant will be expected to display a thorough understanding of various aspects of accounting functions and be capable to process transactions up to balance sheet.

Assistant Accountant

Successful applicant will be expected to work in busy sections with minimum supervision. They should also be expected to be familiar with payment procedure, cash book and general ledger, revenue control, reconciliation of both cash book and revenue control, maintenance of fixed assets register etc. and be able to supervise staff under them.

Assistant Internal Audit

Medical Lab Technologist

  • Maintaining accurate students records
  • Overseeing repairs and maintenance of Halls of Residence
  • Overseeing on cleanliness, ordering of repairs and cleaning materials
  • Landscaping and maintenance of grounds including flower gardens
  • Supervising support staff
  • Liaising with other departments on other matters affecting students welfare
  • Helping to create a family environment by arranging for games and entertainments within the Halls.
  • Performing any other duties as shall be directed by Hostels officer from time to time.
Technician (Biological Sciences Department)

  • Grade 12 - Kshs, 52,931 p.m. X 1,759 p.a. – 70,769 p.m.
  • Grade E/F – Kshs. 22,252 p.m. X 754 p.a. – 33,957 p.m.
  • Grade C/D – Kshs. 16,020 p.m. X 510 p.a. – 24,514 p.m.
  • Grade A/B – Kshs. 10,764 p.m. X 377 p.a. – 17,690 p.m.
